An account is not a prerequisite for using BOOL, therefore no personal information is collected and by extension no data is ever shared with third parties.

Permissions

To use BOOL, users are asked to grant permission for the tool to access local storage ("Storage"). This allows the tool to store Boolean table data and configurations so that past sessions can be restored upon relaunch. All data is stored on a user's device and are not shared with external servers.

BOOL and Scope Research and Consulting strives to maintain a consistent level of data protection and security and remain fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) as of May 25, 2018. This compliance is reflected in the overall Privacy Policy wherein users whose personal information we process have been informed on the purpose of collection, how it is used, what their rights entail, to whom we may disclose information along with the safeguarding measures we adopt to protect their data.
